The Gymnasium, Creche, Business Lounge, Restaurant and other similar facilities shown in the plans or marketing material are not common amenities of the Project. These are commercial facilities which shall remain under the permanent ownership, possession, control and operation of the Developer or its nominees, and shall be available to occupants only on a paid, membership, or usage-based basis, at the sole discretion of the Developer.
